Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Dublin is seeking a Site Lead / Account Manager to oversee a medium-sized team delivering client commitments across facilities management services. You will own contractual performance, drive service delivery, and ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.

You will manage budgets, vendor performance, risk, governance, and reporting, while maintaining strong client relationships and guiding continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of all services defined in the Agreement and SOW, including operational execution, performance management, and quality control
• Ensure all services, tasks, and obligations are delivered in full, even where not explicitly detailed
• Maintain compliance with service scope, service levels / KPIs, regulatory and quality requirements
• Act as site-level owner of contractual performance
• Drive performance against KPI frameworks and service levels defined in the SOW
• Identify risks of service level failure and implement corrective actions
• Lead performance reviews with client stakeholders and internal teams
• Ensure performance is measured, reported and acted upon
• Own site-level financial performance vs Annual Budget
• Manage base cost spend, forecasting and cost control, budget adherence
• Identify cost saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Support delivery of minimum savings targets and budget challenges and mitigation plans
• Manage all approved subcontractors and third-party providers at site level
• Ensure work is completed as contracted and invoices are validated before submission
• Drive vendor performance, cost control and compliance with scope
• Act as day-to-day operational interface with client site leadership
• Manage expectations, scope alignment and service delivery issues
• Provide clear communication and solutions-based approach
• Escalate strategic issues to EMEA level
• Deliver contractual governance processes as defined in the SOW
• Ensure required reports and data are produced accurately
• Monthly and quarterly reviews are completed
• Maintain audit readiness, documentation and transparent reporting
• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, health/safety and data obligations
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and service delivery risks
• Own site-level response for incidents, failures and escalations
• Provide direction and coordination across site leadership team
• Ensure resources are aligned with service delivery and capability maintained
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, service enhancements and transformation
• Contribute to cross-site best practice sharing
• Key Interfaces: EMEA Operations Director (CBRE), Site Leadership (client), Regional Finance / Procurement / Quality, Vendors & Subcontractors, Central Account Team
• Key Success Measures: KPI performance achievement, Budget adherence / cost control, Client satisfaction, Audit and compliance outcomes, Issue resolution time, Delivery of savings targets
