Search Talent in Ireland is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day facilities team, ensuring high-quality working environments across multiple floors. You will oversee operations, space planning, and maintenance while ensuring health and safety compliance.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, a proactive approach to continuous improvement, and the ability to coordinate contractors, budgeting and asset records.

Formación

• Minimum of five years' experience within workplace facilities management.
• Experience using CAFM and financial management systems.
• Strong understanding of commercial building operations, including HVAC, BMS and associated services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate daily facilities operations, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, anticipating and responding to their requirements.
• Oversee building maintenance, repairs, workplace presentation and associated services across multiple floors and buildings.
• Manage office space planning, desk installations, relocations and workplace reconfigurations.
• Maintain facilities records, floor plans, operational calendars and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate facilities helpdesk activities, ensure requests are logged, assigned, resolved and escalated appropriately.
