Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher educational qualifications to degree or relevant considerable experience.
• Experience in facilities management and building operations.
• Knowledge of CAFM and finance management systems is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to deliver a top-quality workspace for the client.
• Manage front-end building systems and HVAC troubleshooting as needed.
• Supervise space planning, moves, and desk installs across floors/buildings.
• Maintain facilities records, SLAs, and vendor relationships.
• Respond to client requests with timely, professional communication.
