Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Head of Projects to lead the Dublin team in delivering major projects safely, on time and within budget. You will recruit and develop talent, secure new opportunities, and manage bids, tenders and customer relationships across maintenance contracts and strategic initiatives.

The role requires proven project leadership, P&L responsibility, and the ability to influence stakeholders while upholding CBRE standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical (desirable).
• Degree level qualification in Project Management (desirable).
• APM certified (desirable).
• Prince 2 certified (desirable).
• CDM regulations knowledge (desirable).
• SMSTS certified (desirable).
• Nebosh certified (desirable).
• CSCS card holder (desirable).
• IOSH (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the business unit project plan, developing and leading their teams in the safe delivery of projects.
• Build external relationships with clients and supply partners to deliver major projects.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to commercial agreements and contracts, are QHSE compliant and meet industry standards.
• Deliver contractual commitments on secured projects.
• Identify and win projects through effective relationships and opportunities.
• Lead the sales process through solutions development, presentations and consultations.
