Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site delivery of FM services to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead health and safety for CBRE staff on-site.
• Manage subcontractors and supplier relationships.
• Generate monthly reports and contract reviews.
• Maintain front-desk and site operations coordination.
• Liaise with Landlord Facilities team and conduct site inspections.
