Job summary

Apleona Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on site at Carrigtwohill, Cork. You will oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key duties include coordinating with cross-functional groups and external firms, managing budgets, and delivering cost control. A strong emphasis on health and safety and continuous improvement is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in a similar Project Manager role.
• GMP-regulated environment or facilities management experience is preferred.
• Experience managing projects in a regulated environment is desirable.
• Experience in M&E project management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from inception to completion aligned with company objectives.
• Support renovations and upgrades of existing facilities.
• Coordinate reviews and resolve issues with cross-functional groups and external firms.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and cost control to meet financial objectives.
• Develop service level agreements and monitor performance against SLAs.
• Ensure health and safety requirements are met on site and compliant with procedures.
• Conduct regular site audits and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
