Autism A Chara in Celbridge, Co. Kildare is seeking a Facilitator for day service to support individuals with complex needs. You will deliver person-centred plans and help with daily living activities, under supervision.

Role requires availability for rota shifts, a full manual driving licence, and permission to work in Ireland. This is a part-time post offering meaningful progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Health/Care qualification is essential.
• Awareness of Key Worker/Support Worker role and philosophy.
• Ability to work on a rota and flexible shifts.

Qualifications required for a Facilitator:

A full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential (e.g. health, community, care sector) but a genuine passion for providing person centred support is key to being successful in the role of a Facilitator.
