Job summary
Autism A Chara is seeking a dedicated Facilitator for a Day Service in Arklow, Co. Wicklow. The role involves providing person-centred support, assisting with daily living activities, and helping clients engage with their community.
The successful candidate will hold a QQI Level 5 Health/Care qualification, have fluent English, and be able to work shifts on a rota basis. A full, clean Irish driving licence is desirable to drive service vehicles.
Qualifications

- Fluent English and good communication skills are required.
- Ability to work on own initiative and adapt to individual support plans.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities and routines including personal care.
- Support engagement in community activities and learning new skills.
- Help people understand rights and make informed choices.
- Plan and implement Person Centred Plans under supervision.

A full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential, (e.g. health, community, care sector) but a genuine passion for providing person centred support is key to being successful in the role of a Facilitator.
