Job summary
Autism A Chara is seeking a Facilitator for its Day service in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. The role is 35 hours per week with rota-based shifts, requiring a QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification and a full, clean Irish driving licence to operate service vehicles.
You will support people with complex needs through person-centred planning and advocacy. Fluent English, strong communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential.

- Programme Planning Person Centred Plans
- Availability to work shifts on a rota basis

A full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential, (e.g. health, community, care sector) but a genuine passion for providing person centred support is key to being successful in the role of a Facilitator.
