Job summary

Wyndham Singapore Hotel is seeking a dedicated F&B station/section supervisor to oversee setup and daily operations in our outlets. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain top-tier service standards and guest satisfaction.

You will train team members, share beverage knowledge including cocktails, and ensure timely food service while upholding cleanliness and safety in all food preparation and service areas.

Qualifications

• A certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Be a proactive, innovative team player who focuses on service quality.
• Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset in guest interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees set-up and operation of a station/section in F&B outlets.
• Assists Restaurant Manager to achieve highest service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Provides excellent service to guests and trains team members through briefings and training.
• Possesses extensive knowledge of food & beverage menus, liquors and cocktails.
• Serves food in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintains cleanliness and work safety in service areas.
• Handles complaints and reports to managers for proper follow-up.
• Completes any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
