Job summary

You will implement training plans, monitor customer feedback, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare monthly performance reports to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain efficient service.
• Manage kitchen and service teams, ensuring staff productivity, attendance, and performance meet company standards.
• Monitor monthly revenue, food costs, labour costs, and operating expenses to achieve budgeted profitability.
• Maintain food cost and inventory controls, conduct monthly stock takes, and minimise wastage.
• Develop staff training plans and conduct regular performance reviews to improve productivity and service quality.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to maintain customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety, hygiene, employment, and workplace safety regulations.
• Prepare monthly operational reports covering sales performance, expenses, staffing, inventory, and business results.
• Implement sales and promotional strategies to increase revenue, customer retention, and business growth.
• Establish and review key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, cost control, service standards, and staff performance.
