Job summary

The K Club, a 5-star resort on a 550-acre estate near Dublin, is seeking a Reservations Specialist to join our team. You will handle hotel reservations, provide accurate confirmations, and maintain the reservations diary to flag VIP and special requests.

You'll work with the guest services team, respond to emails and calls, upsell F&B and services, and produce regular reports on bookings. Fluency in English and excellent organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Enter all reservations accurately into the system.
• Provide accurate confirmations for bookings.
• Maintain the reservations diary and flag VIPs and special categories.
• Note dietary requirements in Resdiary.
• Collaborate with HODs to manage peak dates and high-demand periods.
• Update Opera Profiles with guest history for future visits.
• Highlight VIP guests in the system and notify the team.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports on bookings and key data.
• Assist arrivals, upsell F&B and spa services, and manage guest details.
• Handle emails and phone reservations across the resort.
