Job summary

The Fota Collection in County Cork is seeking an Assistant Outlets Manager to lead multiple high-profile food and beverage outlets, guiding staff across conference, banqueting, dining rooms, and themed events.

Ideal candidates will have experience in luxury hotel environments, strong customer service, and the ability to manage shifts, train staff, and coordinate with other departments. This role is based at our Cork property and offers career development within a renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high profile 4* or 5* environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for Food & Beverage service including wine.
• Ability to work under pressure in a flexible environment.
• 3rd level Hospitality Management qualification preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor all services across the outlets
• Ensure all team members deliver and exceed on guests expectations
• Plan and deliver briefings with all relevant staff
• Provide accurate and up to date information to staff and guests in relation to menu options
• Assign stations to associates
• Assist with on boarding of new associates
• Assist with training of all associates
• Ensure the correct set of relevant outlet for service and shift handover
• Liaise with other departments as required
