Job summary

XIN XIN F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced F&B outlet supervisor/manager in Ireland to oversee day-to-day operations, maintain high service standards, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will lead staff, ensure SOP adherence, and manage staffing to meet business needs in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid background in F&B middle management.

• Plan staffing schedules and resolve outlet operational issues.
• Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in adhoc duties as required.
