Job summary

The Johnstown Estate in Ireland is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across outlets, ensuring luxury standards and seamless service at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

You will lead a team, conduct pre-service briefings, manage staffing and payroll considerations, monitor guest feedback, and collaborate with kitchen, events and front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in F&B.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring readiness and efficiency.
• Lead service standards and ensure luxury hospitality alignment.
• Conduct regular checks on cleanliness, presentation and service readiness.
• Coordinate with kitchen, reception and events to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle guest feedback and incidents.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling and cost management.
