Job summary

The Brehon Hotel & Spa is recruiting Waiting Staff to join The Brehon Restaurant team in Killarney. This is a wonderful opportunity to develop your hospitality skills under a supportive management team.

You will provide friendly, professional service, serve guests to high standards, understand the menu, meet guest needs, and collaborate with the kitchen for smooth service. Knowledge of the local area and hotel facilities is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Customer care skills required.
• Clear and effective communication with guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Hotel experience in a 3- or 4-star property is advantageous.

• To be knowledgeable about the local area and facilities within the Hotel

What The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Excellent Customer care skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Previous Hotel experience in a 3 or 4* property would be an advantage
