Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver friendly, efficient service to hotel guests. You will receive training through the Dalata Academy and have potential for internal growth as opportunities arise.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, you will be part of a welcoming team, promote products, upsell where appropriate, and help maintain a high standard of service in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings/evenings and weekends.
• Experience in high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience preferable.
• Experience in a hotel preferable.

Aufgaben

• Greet regular guests by name and with a friendly demeanor.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of food and wine and make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue where possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant areas.
• Serve guests with food and beverage.
