Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver welcoming service to hotel guests. You will be trained through the Dalata Academy and report to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager.

The role requires previous bar experience, flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends, and fluent English. Benefits include staff meals, room discounts, pension access, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous bar experience is essential.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours: mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Greet regular guests by name and provide friendly service.
• Have a good knowledge of food and wine and be able to make recommendations.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant; serve guests.
