Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant. You will be trained through the Dalata Academy to learn key hospitality skills and grow with the team.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll provide friendly, efficient service to hotel guests and help upsell to maximise revenue. You will work in a busy, high-volume environment, welcome guests by name, and maintain professionalism and a neat appearance at all times.

Qualificações

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours (mornings/evenings & weekends).
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience preferred.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Be knowledgeable about food and wine and able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Serve guests with food and beverage.
