Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering sales results and applying high levels of commercial acumen.
• Capable of building, managing, and converting a robust project pipeline to support sustained business growth.
• Experience engaging with early-stage design teams and influencing specification outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple stakeholders in complex project environments.
• Familiarity with RIAI project stages and construction lifecycle processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Influence architects, engineers, contractors, and other decision-makers across project lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline to support long-term commercial growth.
• Collaborate with design teams, planners, commercial staff, and stakeholders to understand pre-construction needs.
• Support early project discussions to understand client objectives, site constraints, feasibility, and delivery strategy.
• Ensure specification alignment with construction methodologies and programme constraints.
