Job summary

Arachas in Ireland is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join a dynamic team, handling Personal Accounts for clients. Based in Tipperary, the role focuses on renewals, amendments, cross-selling and up-selling across Personal Lines, with strong negotiation and sales skills.

You will manage renewals, MTAs, and client queries, maintain accurate records in Relay, and collaborate with other departments to meet targets while upholding compliance and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• APA required.
• CIP preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Relay an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to change.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Secure renewals, processing amendments, cross selling and upselling across all Personal Lines product lines.
• Negotiate effectively and manage client relationships with a focus on retention in line with targets.
• Manage renewals, MTAs, and client accounts entry; liaise with claims and correspondence; keep Relay up to date.
• Handle client inquiries across departments with accuracy and timely responses.
• Collaborate with teams across Arachas to deliver on targets and maintain compliance.
