Job summary

Arachas in Waterford is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join a dynamic team handling Personal Accounts for our clients, with a focus on renewals, amendments, and ensuring accuracy in records.

You will build strong client relationships, manage renewals and MTAs, and collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in customer communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• APA required.
• CIP preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Relay is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
• Willing to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Secure renewals, process amendments, cross sell and upsell across Personal Lines.
• Negotiate effectively and maintain client renewals.
• Manage MTAs, renewals, accounts entry and claims liaison.
• Ensure all files are up to date on Relay.
• Handle internal/external queries with accuracy.
• Support team targets and collaborate across departments.
