Job summary

Arachas is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage Personal Lines client accounts from its Tullamore team. The role focuses on renewals, amendments and cross-selling across all product lines while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will handle MTAs, renewals and queries with a focus on accuracy, compliance and timely responses, collaborating with multiple departments to hit team targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• APA required.
• CIP preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Relay an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise, multi task and execute daily tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with internal and external customers.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle renewals, amendments, cross-selling and up-selling across Personal Lines products.
• Maintain client renewals and retention in line with targets and compliance.
• Coordinate Mid-Term Alterations, Renewals, account entries, claims liaison and correspondence.
• Ensure files are up to date on Relay.
• Manage client relationships across departments handling renewals, MTAs and queries.
• Deliver high accuracy and quality in daily tasks, with timely internal/external responses.
• Collaborate across teams to meet targets and maintain compliance.
