Job summary

BaxterStorey is hiring a Chef de Partie in Dublin. The role focuses on food preparation, station management, and quality control within a busy kitchen. You will work closely with the head chef to maintain standards and contribute to menu development.

The position offers 40 hours per week, 5 days across a 7-day rota, with day and mid shifts including weekend coverage. A supportive environment and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or higher.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Excellent food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards.
• Oversee station production and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure high quality plating and taste.
