Qualifications
- Proven experience as Sous Chef or similar role.
- Knowledge of multiple cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities
- Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes to standard recipes.
- Station Management – oversee production at your station and keep area clean.
- Quality Control – maintain high dish quality and presentation.
- Team Collaboration – communicate with team and coach junior staff.
- Menu Development – assist in developing and tasting new recipes.
- Cleaning and Maintenance – ensure cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
