Job summary

Park Hotel Kenmare, a Relais & Châteaux property in County Kerry, seeks a Night Manager to lead overnight operations with discretion and six-star hospitality. You will safeguard guest safety, manage night audits, handle late check-ins, and support daytime handovers to ensure seamless service.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury hotels, strong leadership, and a calm, problem-solving mindset. Opera or Protel experience is preferred, with a hospitality qualification highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a luxury hotel, front office or night management.
• Familiar with Opera or Protel PMS.
• Understanding night audit procedures and financial reconciliation.
• Hospitality qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight operations and guest service to ensure five-star standards.
• Manage night process, reporting, and staffing levels.
• Prepare daily operational reports for senior management.
• Supervise and train overnight staff with clear handovers.
• Ensure safety, security, and policy compliance during night hours.
