Job summary

Dean Group in Glasson Lakehouse is seeking an Events & Wedding Executive to drive weddings and event sales on site in Ireland. You will coordinate from enquiry to execution, ensuring exceptional guest experience and seamless delivery.

You will build relationships with clients, upsell packages, and work with the hotel team to achieve targets while receiving full on-site training for weddings and events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in wedding or event coordination preferred (hospitality experience advantageous).
• Strong sales skills with ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all enquiries and log activity.
• Drive sales through follow-ups, show-arounds, and promotions.
• Plan and coordinate bookings from enquiry to execution.
