Windward Management is hiring a Conference & Banqueting Porter for Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort, a four-star property near Dundalk. The role involves setting up event spaces, providing IT support, and guest assistance to ensure seamless events.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role, is customer-focused with attention to detail, and comfortable with IT. Hotel experience is a plus. Competitive hourly wage and benefits are offered.

Responsabilités

• Events set up and clean up- Prepare conference rooms and event spaces, including arranging furniture, equipment and décor to a high standard.
• Technical support- Assist guests with setting up IT equipment, sound systems and AV equipment, ensuring all technology runs smoothly.
• Guest assistance- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting guests with their luggage and answering any queries they may have.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of event spaces and public areas.
• Assisting with linen and other deliveries and maintaining storage areas.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure events run seamlessly and guest satisfaction is prioritized.
