Year 1: 45K+ OTE (Early 30s-based + Uncapped commission)

Year 2: 75K+ OTE

Top performers: €50K+ in their first year

Who You Are

• 2+ years in hospitality management, Assistant manager, restaurant manager, reservation supervisor, front office manager, guest services, or any hospitality roles.
• Clear progression or added responsibility
• Bachelor’s or third-level qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Hold an EU passport or Stamp 4 visa
• Able to commute to Dublin 2, Monday to Friday
