Access, a leading healthcare recruitment partner in Dublin, is hiring a Recruitment Consultant. You’ll post ads, review CVs, call candidates, and guide professionals through onboarding as they’re booked onto shifts, earning commission on top of base salary.

Expect full training from day one, visible results, and a clear ladder with promotions every 6 months. With 2+ years in events and EU passport or Stamp 4, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to manage suppliers, budgets and stakeholders under tight deadlines.

At Access, you’d be a Recruitment Consultant in our healthcare business. Live briefs, tight deadlines, clients who need it done yesterday, and professionals counting on you to get them booked. It’s the same pressure you already thrive on, except every win is one you own, and every one pays.

What you’ll actually do:

• Post ads, review CVs, and call candidates to find the right match for our clients
• Guide professionals through onboarding until they’re cleared and ready to work
• Book them onto shifts across our clients and earn commission on every single one

Compensation:

• Base salary + uncapped commission
• Year 1 average total earnings: €45K+
• Year 2 average total earnings: €75K+
• Top performers earn significantly more from the jump

Who You Are:

• 2+ years in events, as an Event Manager, Event Coordinator, Event Producer, Conference or Exhibition Manager, Sponsorship or Partnerships Manager, Events Account Manager, Venue Sales Manager, or any similar events role
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, budgets, and stakeholders under tight deadlines
• Clear progression or added responsibility
• Bachelor’s or third-level qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Hold an EU passport or Stamp 4 visa (we can’t provide sponsorship)
• Able to commute to Dublin 2, Monday to Friday
