Job summary

Access Healthcare in Dublin 2 is expanding its Recruitment Consultant Team and seeking exceptional professionals from hospitality to join. No recruitment experience needed; you bring ambition and work ethic. You will receive hands-on training and coaching designed to build a successful career in recruitment.

Early €30Ks base salary plus uncapped commission, with top performers earning €50K+ in their first year. Leadership paths and ongoing support help you progress within the organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in hospitality management, reservations, travel, front desk or guest-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
• EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required.
• Able to commute to Dublin 2, Monday to Friday.

Who You Are

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality management, reservations, travel, front desk or guest-facing roles.
• Proven track record of progression. (Must)
• Bachelor's or third-level qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Hold an EU passport or Stamp 4 visa
• Able to commute to Dublin 2, Monday to Friday
