Job summary

Access Healthcare in Dublin is seeking ambitious professionals for Recruitment Consultant roles with no recruitment background. We provide full training, a clear progression from Associate to Director, and hands-on mentorship from day one to help you build a successful desk.

You will manage the full candidate journey, support onboarding for certification and compliance, and book shifts to earn uncapped commission. Office-based, Monday to Friday, with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-education experience in any field.
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa for Dublin-based work.
• Ambition, coachable, and motivated by clear targets and results.
