Access Healthcare in Dublin is expanding its team by hiring an events-focused recruiter who thrives on fast-paced environments. You’ll translate event-management experience into healthcare staffing, posting ads, reviewing CVs, and onboarding candidates who clear required checks.

You’ll book clinicians onto shifts with our clients, earn uncapped commissions, and see Year 2 average earnings around €75K+. This on-site, Mon-Fri role requires 1–5 years in events and the ability to commute to Dublin 2.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years in events or related roles.
• Strong commercial mindset and results focus.
• Excellent communication and professional presence.

• Post job ads, review CVs, and call healthcare professionals to find the right match for clients.
• Guide candidates through onboarding until cleared and ready to work.
