Job summary

Centra in Crosshaven is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead a team and ensure outstanding customer service. The role operates in the local store with evening shifts, focusing on staff coaching, customer engagement, and maintaining store standards.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and strong communication skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced retail environment and manage tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure.
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
