Job summary

Centra in Ireland is seeking a store leadership candidate to manage and motivate the team, ensuring efficient store operation and delivering customers the best possible service experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service facing role.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and multi-task under pressure.
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.

• Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy.
• Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.

Main purpose of the role:
