Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment for multiple European divisions. The role is home-office based, ideally located in Ireland, reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources Europe, and collaborating with global HR and recruitment teams.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines, interview candidates, negotiate offers, and ensure data integrity in recruiting systems while promoting EVERSANA’s employer brand and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• At least 5 years of cross-geography recruitment in Europe.
• Pharma/Life sciences, IT, consulting, or services recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of European hiring regulations and UK.
• Multinational experience and fluency in English; other EU languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple divisions across Europe.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and promote referral programs.
• Interview and select candidates; coordinate feedback and status updates.
• Ensure data integrity in recruiting systems and generate reports.
• Negotiate offers and build relationships with agencies.
