• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams across different countries or regions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with international distributors and partners.
• Identify new opportunities across target global markets.
• Support distributors with product knowledge, technical understanding and solution development.
• Drive sales growth and market development across assigned territories.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
