Barden partners with a global technology company in Cork to hire an Europe Payroll Manager. The role leads payroll across Europe, manages a small Cork team, and coordinates external providers to ensure accurate, compliant payroll.

You will drive automation and introduce AI tools to streamline processes, own payroll controls and SOX readiness, and contribute to global payroll strategy in a hybrid setup with two days onsite in Cork.

Responsibilities

• Lead accurate, compliant payroll across Europe through external providers.
• Manage and develop a small, experienced payroll team in Cork.
• Consolidate payroll providers globally and optimize SLAs and fees.
• Own payroll controls and audit readiness, including SOX.
• Lead automation and process improvement with AI tool adoption.
• Support global payroll projects and improvements.
