OpenAI is seeking a seasoned International Payroll Lead to scale and optimize our global payroll operations from Dublin. The role focuses on delivering accurate, on-time payroll across EMEA and APAC, partnering with outsourced providers, and enabling expansion with robust controls.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient payroll processes and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Progressive international payroll experience, preferably in fast-growth environments.
• Experience with Workday HCM and global payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax rules across regions.

Aufgaben

• Lead the international payroll processing team for EMEA and APAC end-to-end.
• Partner with outsourced payroll and BPO vendors to maintain SLAs and controls.
• Drive payroll expansions, country launches, and in-country vendor setup.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Treasury for inputs and reporting.
• Draft and maintain payroll documentation and internal controls for compliance.
