Job summary

Barden partners with a global technology company in Cork to hire an Europe Payroll Manager. The role leads payroll across Europe, manages a small Cork team, and coordinates external providers to ensure accurate, compliant payroll.

You will drive automation and introduce AI tools to streamline processes, own payroll controls and SOX readiness, and contribute to global payroll strategy in a hybrid setup with two days onsite in Cork.

Barden is delighted to partner with a global technology company in Cork as they hire a Europe Payroll Manager. This is a permanent role leading payroll across Europe, at a time when the business is embarking on exciting projects.

You will lead a small, experienced team in Cork, manage the providers that run payroll across the region, and play a key part in payroll projects. This role is hybrid with two days onsite.

"We are looking for someone who knows payroll inside out, has EU or international payroll experience and wants to help shape how it runs globally. If you enjoy improving processes and are open to using new tools, including AI, you will have real influence here."
