Job summary

Tyndall National Institute is seeking a Training and Online Learning Officer to support the PIXEurope Training Programme across Europe, reporting to the Training Programme Manager. The role focuses on developing digital learning activities, including online training, webinars, learner engagement, and LMS management.

You'll work with technical experts, project partners and stakeholders to translate research into accessible training content, coordinate materials, and help deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years’ relevant professional experience in training, online learning, learning technologies, project coordination, or similar role.
• Experience coordinating the end-to-end lifecycle of training and online learning activities, including development, coordination, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms.
• Strong digital literacy and experience using online collaboration tools, digital learning technologies, and content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the PIXEurope Training Programme.
• Lead development and operation of digital learning activities, including webinars, on-demand learning resources, and online training content.
• Manage the administration, maintenance and enhancement of learning management systems (LMS).
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of training activities (planning, scheduling, delivery, evaluation, reporting).
• Monitor participation and learner engagement through training metrics and KPIs.
