Job summary

Tyndall National Institute seeks a Training and Online Learning Officer to advance the PIXEurope Training Programme. The role focuses on developing digital learning activities, delivering webinars, and managing learning platforms while collaborating with partners across Europe.

The successful candidate will work with technical experts to translate research outputs into accessible training content, ensuring quality and impact across diverse audiences in Europe.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end lifecycle of training and online learning activities.
• Experience with LMS or digital learning platforms.
• Strong digital literacy and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of the PIXEurope Training Programme.
• Lead digital learning activities including webinars and online content.
• Manage LMS administration, maintenance and enhancements.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of training activities from planning to reporting.
• Analyse training metrics and KPIs to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with European partners to translate research into training content.
• Ensure training content meets programme standards and learner needs.
• Coordinate production and maintenance of training materials.
