Job summary

TGS International Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fibre and connectivity projects across multiple European locations, including Norway, Portugal and the UK. You will manage projects from pre-construction through handover, interfacing with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong data centre connectivity experience, proven multi-country delivery skills, and a track record of profitable project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering fibre and structured cabling projects in data centres.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel regularly across Europe; familiarity with multi-location delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead fibre and structured cabling projects in large data centres.
• Manage projects from mobilisation to handover.
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate programs, resources, and milestones.
• Oversee installation and commissioning activities.
• Manage subcontractor performance and resolve issues.
• Support planning, commercial reviews, and risk management.
• Ensure safe, compliant delivery across Europe.
