Job summary

Speed Fibre Group is seeking a Project Manager to support the Technical Project Manager in delivering key strategic fibre build projects. You will also be assigned to sub projects and will travel to Enet sites to oversee delivery on site.

You will work with third-party Telcos, contractors and suppliers, manage Health and Safety compliance, RAID documentation, budgets, change control and stakeholder reporting, and produce weekly and monthly reports to keep governance on track.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in a similar Project Management role.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, civil engineering or related discipline is advantageous.
Recognized Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, APM or equivalent).
Good knowledge of Civils, Fibre Cabling & Splicing; strong contractor management.

Responsibilities

Support the Technical Project Manager on the delivery of key strategic fibre build projects.
Coordinate installation teams across live and new build environments.
Manage health and safety to current legislation.
Liaise with 3rd party Telcos and supervise works.
Produce weekly and monthly project reporting.
Submit ROL applications to Local Authorities and attend pre-works meetings.
