Job summary

TGS International Group is seeking a Hyperscale Connectivity Project Manager to lead end-to-end deployment across Europe. You will oversee structured cabling, fibre, and rack installations in high-density data centres, coordinating multiple workstreams, vendors and on-site teams.

The role involves travel across European sites, 2–3 weeks away at a time, with 33 days leave, and a base salary in the £70,000–£75,000 range depending on experience. UK/Irish/Swedish entity handles employment.

Qualifications

• Proven PM/Programme Manager experience delivering hyperscale Data Centre connectivity projects.
• Hands-on understanding of structured cabling, fibre infrastructure, rack installation in live data halls.
• Experience with AI, GPU or HPC environments advantageous.
• Willingness to travel across Europe; 2–3 weeks away.
• EU/EEA passport required for repeated deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hyperscale connectivity projects from mobilisation to client sign-off.
• Lead cabling, fibre and rack deployment programmes in data centres.
• Coordinate rack installation, server/network hardware interfaces.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control and margins.
• Provide programme progress updates and manage risks.
• Lead engineers, subcontractors and vendors across workstreams.
