Job summary

Speed Fibre Group, the home of Enet, seeks a Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic fibre build projects. You will assist the Technical Project Manager and be assigned sub‑projects, travelling to Enet sites as required.

You will coordinate with contractors, manage budgets and risks, and ensure H&S compliance across live and new build environments. Strong PM experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar Project Management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, Civil/ Electrical Engineering or related discipline is advantageous.
• Recognized Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, APM or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of Civils, Fibre Cabling & Splicing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Project Manager on delivery of key strategic fibre build projects.
• Provide operational assistance to Service Delivery Manager as required.
• Liaise with 3rd Party Telcos regarding works on enet Network and supervise works.
• Manage customer communications and provide updates as required.
• Obtain necessary public and private way-leave relevant to each project.
• Oversee Health and Safety requirements to ensure compliance with legislation.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and third-party infrastructure providers.
• Coordinate civil engineering, fibre cabling, splicing, testing and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate installation teams across live and new build environments.
• Support governance to maintain RAID, project plans, budgets, changes, stakeholders and reporting.
• Produce weekly and monthly project reporting and submit ROL applications to Local Authorities.
