Job summary

Enet, part of Speed Fibre Group, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic fibre build projects and sub-projects across Enet sites. You will work with the Technical Project Manager and travel to various Enet sites as needed.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, a PM qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent), and strong knowledge of civils, fibre cabling and splicing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar Project Management role.
• Recognized PM qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, APM or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of Civils, Fibre Cabling & Splicing.
• Strong ability to manage contractors, suppliers and 3rd party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Project Manager on the delivery of key strategic fibre build projects.
• Provide operational support to Service Delivery Manager as required.
• Liaise with 3rd Party Telcos regarding works on enet Network, assisting with design queries and supervising works.
• Manage customer communications and provide updates as required.
• Obtain necessary public and private way-leave relevant to each project.
• Manage Health and Safety requirements for each project to ensure H&S compliance.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and third-party infrastructure providers.
• Manage civil engineering, fibre cabling, fibre splicing, testing and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate installation teams across live and new build environments.
• Develop and maintain project governance: RAID docs, project plans, budgets, change control, stakeholder management, reporting.
• Produce weekly and monthly project reporting.
• Submit ROL applications to Local Authorities on MRL and attend pre-works site meetings.
