Job summary

Phillips Medisize is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development - Europe to lead profitable growth across the region. You will shape a unified European commercial strategy and build a high-performing regional team, connecting opportunities with enterprise capabilities.

This player/coach role requires strong customer credibility, cross-country leadership, and close partnership with R&D, operations, quality, finance, and global stakeholders. Travel across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or related field.
5+ years of leadership experience across countries or cultures.
12+ years in business development, strategic accounts, or commercial leadership in regulated industries.
Experience shaping commercial strategies, account plans, and pipelines.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the European commercial strategy, aligning priorities with global segment strategy.
Lead and develop a regional business development and account management team.
Personally originate and advance high-value opportunities and manage a personal pipeline.
Coordinate with Marketing, R&D, Operations, Quality, and Finance to create growth plays.
