Job summary

Paycom seeks a seasoned Head of Sales – Europe to lead our European expansion, initially focusing on Ireland and the UK. You will own the European sales strategy, build and manage a high-performing team, and drive sustainable revenue growth across markets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the leadership, you will partner with Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Product to execute market entry, scale sales, and create enduring executive relationships with key clients and

Qualifications

• Significant B2B SaaS sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and coach high-performing teams.
• Experience across Ireland and the UK markets preferred.
• Strong track record with enterprise sales cycles and C-suite stakeholders.
• Knowledge of fitness and probity / regulatory frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European sales strategy focused on Ireland and the UK.
• Lead and develop Paycom's European sales organisation.
• Drive revenue growth and new client acquisitions across markets.
• Establish forecasting, pipeline, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Product and HR.
