Paycom, a global leader in HCM and payroll technology, seeks an ambitious Account Executive to accelerate growth in Ireland. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engaging with senior leaders and delivering Paycom’s value to prospective customers.

Based in Dublin, the role offers a competitive package with a base salary of €72,000 plus €18,000 supplemental pay and uncapped commissions, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, HCM, payroll, or technology sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead Paycom's growth within the Irish market by identifying, prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through solution demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation and contract execution.
• Develop strategic relationships with senior business leaders and key decision-makers.
• Demonstrate Paycom's HCM and payroll solutions and articulate the value they deliver to prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and opportunity tracking within company CRM systems.
